Behind the project
I developed this School Management System for my father, who manages our family-run school, Noor-e-Muhammadi School. The school previously maintained student fees, outstanding dues, receipts and staff salaries manually in registers.
The system provides individual student fee structures, month-wise outstanding dues, partial and advance payments, fee vouchers, printable receipts, student ledgers, staff salary management, salary slips and downloadable financial reports. It also includes secure authentication, a centralized cloud database, audit history, backup and restore functionality, and Progressive Web App support for desktop and mobile devices.
This project allowed me to solve a genuine administrative challenge for my family while gaining practical experience in database design, financial workflows, responsive interfaces and cloud deployment.
