Draft policy — replace before launch. Contact form submissions contain the name, email, optional phone, subject, and message you provide. They are stored in Supabase and accessed by the website administrator to respond to enquiries. Anti-spam checks temporarily store salted hashes of email and gateway IP data. Choose and publish a retention period, a contact address, your hosting providers, and the process for access or deletion requests before accepting enquiries.
